Payment

All transactions, payments and credit vouchers are done in EURO.

Credit card

Please enter your card details on our payment site. FRANKEN & Cie. uses state-of-the-art server security software with SSL encryption which provides the safe and bug-proof transmission of your card details.

Payments by Visa or Mastercard

The system will recognize whether or not the credit card is registered on the 3-D security programs Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode.

These are security systems that have been developed to ensure that the registered card holder and the registered online retailer are involved in the transaction. If you are a member of the 3-D Secure Program, a pop-up window will appear on your screen asking you to enter your password when making a purchase online. This window is linked to your bank and requires you to enter your SecureCode (a password that you have previously selected). Transactions can only be made by entering the correct password.

The following applies for all payments by credit card: refunds from returns will always be charged back on to the credit card that the original order was paid for with.

Prepayment via transfer

With prepayment, the dispatch of the merchandise occurs after the credit transfer onto our account.

Payment by invoice

Within Germany you can pay for your order with a bank transfer after receiving the merchandise.

When receiving the merchandise, our bills are immediately payable without deduction upon receipt of the invoice. Default of payment occurs without further request for payment 30 days after receiving the goods. For demand notification we impose a fee of 10,- Euro for each appealed receipt. The judicial dunning procedure occurs under the applicably relavant fees.

Delivery

Upon delivery in non EU states, the sales tax is not levied. The price minus the german sales tax is valid. For dispatches to non EU states, the customs of those states will impose the national custom duties. These custom duties are at your own expence. For deliveries to Switzerland the Swiss post levies an additional tax for the conveyance of the custom duties.

The delivery will be done by DHL to the indicated delivery address, also to packaging stations. Express delivery will be carried out to special terms and conditions, which must be agreed upon; for this please contact us to arrange the details. If DHL does not reach you and leaves the package at a neighbour or the closest post office, you will receive notification in your mail box.

Delivery periods

Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 5 - 10 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with
the longest delivery time.
