Secure transmission of your personal data

Orders between customer and shop server are relayed with strong (128 Bit / 256 Bit) SSL-encryption. The order is saved on the shop servers with Triple-DES encryption, thereby rendering them unreadable bz unorthorised persons.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, then you can return it within 14 days. After receival and assessment by us, we will reimburse the purchasing price, with a bank transfer to you. Please alow us some time for processing. Please also specify the reason why you are not satisfied with the product, this helps us to improve.

The ordered trousers are too big or too small? We will make an uncomplicated exchange. Call us (+49-(0) 93 24-9 78 47 10) or send us an email (customerservice@franken-cie.com), then we can discuss your most comfortable option. Or return the merchandise and add a note concerning your exchange requirments. You will promptly receive a new delivery. Possible differences in the price will be reimbursed by credit transfer, or subsequent billing will take place.

Where is my parcel?

You received a distribution notification by email, but are waiting longer than seven days for your parcel? Then send us an email with your purchase order number, or the number on the delivery notification. We willl check with DHL where your parcel is, and will then promptly notify you. If DHL informs us that your order has gone missing in the delivery chain, then you will receive a new delivery. All other details we will settle with DHL.

Wrong delivery

You ordered correctly, we sent the wrong item? This should not happen, but we can not discount it completely. To err is human. However it should not be at your cost, phone us quickly (telephone +49-(0) 93 24-9 78 47 10), we will promptly send the correct merchandise and cover the return fees. We can discuss the easiest process on the phone, and at the same time take the opportunity to apologise to you.

Parcel service and express

The delivery will be done by DHL to the indicated delivery address, also to packaging stations. Express delivery will be carried out to special terms and conditions, which must be agreed upon; for this please contact us to arrange the details. If DHL does not reach you and leaves the package at a neighbour or the closest post office, you will receive notification in your mail box.
