How to determine my body size

1. Height: Without shoes from sole to crown
2. Chest girth: Measure horizontally around the widest part of your chest
3. Waist-, Waistband circumference: Measure around natural waistline, keeping the measuring tape a bit loose
4. Hip circumference: Using a measuring tape, measure horizontally around the widest part of your bottom
5. Lateral length: From your waist measure over your hip to the sole of your foot. The lateral length stipulated in the product description is always the length without the truss to the hemline.
6. Inside leg - inner seam of the trouser leg (jeans): Measure from your crotch, along your leg, to your ankle bone
7. Head size: Measure from the centre of your forehead horizontally around the widest part of your head
8. Neck circumference: Below your larynx, measure around your throat

Jeans-sizes are measured in inches.

They consist of two numbers, e.g. 30 / 34. The first number is the waist circumference.
The second number is the inside leg length; which is the length from the crotch, along the leg, to the ground.

To determine the exact belt length wrap a measuring tape around the trouser waistband. In this way you determine your waist size and have a reference length for your belt size.
