The EU zone includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
For deliveries to the United Kingdom and the USA, we calculate the shipping costs after you place your order and send you a separate payment request. If you do not wish to pay it, we cancel the order and refund the full amount.
We arrange deliveries to other countries on request. Please write to us at customerservice@franken-cie.com.
Delivery
We ship with DHL to the delivery address you provide, including DHL Packstations. If DHL cannot reach you, the parcel is left with a neighbour or at your nearest post office, and you will find a notification card in your letterbox.
Express deliveries can be arranged individually. Please get in touch with us.
Deliveries outside the EU
We do not charge VAT on deliveries to non-EU countries; prices apply less German VAT. National customs duties are payable in the destination country and are borne by you. For deliveries to Switzerland, Swiss Post also charges a presentation fee for handling the customs duties.
